What is Healthy Keto?

Not all Keto diets are equal, and there is a difference between regular Keto and healthy Keto. Many harmful substances are fat soluble, and the quality of the fat we consume can make all the difference. For example, seed oil is high in Omega-6, which is indeed a fat, but not one of the good ones. In fact, Omega-6 has been connected to inflammation. For a more balanced and healthy Keto diet, we should be consuming food that contains more Omega-3s, like anchovies, mackerel, cod liver oil, and the like.
